These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Next Level Golf (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

You must use the App in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account or obtain consent from a legal guardian.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features are available through paid subscriptions processed by trusted payment providers (e.g., PayPal). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the selected plan. You may cancel according to the plan’s terms. Any applicable taxes are your responsibility.

4. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with the App’s normal operation.
• No attempts to access other users’ data without authorization.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., videos, notes, practice data). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display such content as necessary to operate and improve the App. Do not upload content you do not have rights to use or that violates laws or others’ rights.

6. Intellectual Property

We and our licensors retain all rights to the App, including software, design, and trademarks. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our marks or branding except as necessary to use the App.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that results will meet your expectations. Training guidance is informational and should be used with proper judgment. Consult a professional if needed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the App at any time. Certain provisions (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability) survive termination.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue and jurisdiction shall lie in competent courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
